The Local Sales Manager will assist the general sales manager in all efforts to lead a local sales team to meet and exceed sales revenue goals for a six station cluster in Johnstown PA(1 hour east of Pittsburgh). The ideal candidate for LSM will have a minimum of 3 or more years experience in radio advertising sales or business to business sales. Strong organizational, promotional and detail management a must!
Essential Job Functions (but not limited to):
sales training of new account representatives
in field coaching of new and existing account representatives
assist in building station sales packages
recruiting and interviewing possible account representatives
maintain and build a house account list of local clients
provide ideas, planning and execution of NTR events
working knowledge of web and interactive products
other duties that may be assigned by management
